Rent keeps going up! The only way to stay afloat is by phishing some unsuspecting suckers. Your scams may not be real, but the money certainly is. As you earn some savings, you can buy into new "ponds" where you'll find bigger and tougher to catch "Phish." But be careful, knowing when to spend and when to save is a dangerous balancing act.
